Privacy Policy

Redmined is a Redmine client for iOS, with a Mac version in development. This page explains what the app stores, what it sends, and what we never see.

Who this covers

This policy applies to the Redmined apps and this website. Redmined is offered by an independent developer. Contact: support@redmined.com.

Your Redmine server

The app connects only to the Redmine server you configure, using the URL and API token you provide. We do not operate that server and do not receive a copy of your Redmine data.

What stays on the device

On this device, Redmined stores: the server URL and API token in the iOS Keychain; app settings, filters, bookmarks, and local notification history; cached task data used to load the app faster; and logged-hours totals shared with the Redmined widget on this device.

What the app sends

The app sends requests to your Redmine server to load and update issues, time entries, comments, and related records. It also checks subscription status with Apple through StoreKit.

Camera

Camera access is used only to scan task QR codes. Photos are not saved.

What we do not do

Redmined does not sell your data, display ads, or send your Redmine content to third-party analytics services. This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed by Apple. Redmined receives only your subscription status, not your payment details.

Logout and deletion

Logging out in Settings removes saved servers, API tokens, and cached Redmine data from this device. Some app preferences, such as theme and language, may remain until you delete the app. Deleting the app removes remaining local data.
